Conversations on this and that. A place to gather and civilly (politely, courteously) discuss current events, happenings, or just fun things to laugh about. You have the right to your own opinion, but remember ... so does everyone else. Those with nothing to add to the conversation will not be warmly welcomed.

Sunday Music Time

For all those who perhaps need a touch of Hope.
I want to thank my friend GM for his Blog Post as it is the inspiration for this song today.
GM understands Whispering Hope. Keep fighting my friend for in Him there is indeed hope.
AOW, I have Ernie Ford's version but I have always been a fan of Jim Reeves. His voice was always so smooth and comforting. Glad you enjoyed it. Hope you took time to look at GM's pictures on his blog.
I've always liked that song, no telling how many times I've played it on the piano and organ in church over the years. It really sounds good on a big Hammond church pipe organ

I grew up listening to Tennessee Ernie's version.
So, I've never before heard the version you posted, Ticker. Nice.

Ticker,
After a miserable personal week, I'm finally getting back to this post.
I did look at GM's pictures. Beautiful!
I count GM as a friend.
