AMERICA, A NATION THAT IS TERMINALLY ILL

If America were an individual and their body had been invaded by as many unnatural things as this country has the doctors would be tell us to call in the family and inform them that short of a miracle this patient will die shortly.

America has always been considered a Christian nation even though all Americans are not nor have ever been Christian.

In spite of our heritage , the Christian consensus over the past seventy five years, give or take a few years, has lots it's handle on the social and cultural aspects of the American way of life.   As now have a new America that has subtly and slyly been formed by the liberal elites and the arrogant, self-serving groups who ask not what they can do for their country but what the country can dish out to them on a silver platter.

In this new America, Christian morals are no longer accepted much less taught. Evil is good and right is called wrong.  "What is" determines what ought to be. Situational ethics take precedence over the unchanging absolutes found in God's Word.

Truth has fallen in the streets and justice lies on her side.  We have seen evidence of this just in the past weeks when unelected, appointed jurist have appointed themselves lawmakers usurping the powers of the Congress of the United States.  In our media we have experienced where the good are despised and maligned. The bad are often worshipped as heroes.  Sin is accepted as every day behavior and blame is laid at the feet of society, poverty and/or discrimination.

In this new America, taking responsibility for one's own success is seen as despicable while group rights invariably infringe on or impede the rights and freedoms of those unwilling or unable to claim special treatment from the rest of us.

The unborn could never cry out for privilege as a burgeoning class of voteless and voiceless throw-aways who really are victims of self-lovers who glory in their right to choose death for the unborn child.  Without shame we murder millions of innocent babies, then employ foreign workers, mostly from our southern border, to do our menial jobs that we are either to lazy or too burdened with debt to do.

In the new America, homosexuality is blessed as an alternate approach, devoid of natural affections,  yet bursting with political clout.  Our government officials and politicians bow and cater to their open, boastful and often militant demands for special rights, as if they as somehow an oppressed people.  They clamor for respect while they openly show disrespect and disdain for Christians and Biblical values.

The new American has , for the most part, turned her back on God and seems destined to continue to do so because our institutional infrastructures are powerful, pervasive and godless.

Why, in such a short time , have basic Christian truths lost their influence over our once-Godly nation?  Why do we as a people bear so little resemblance to the brave souls who birthed us? Why has America been reduced to a second rate nation, seeminly defenseless against a raging torrent of socialist insrugents, incurable diseases and international terrorism?   This has happened to the "land of the free" cause we ain't fee no more"!  We have lost our freedoms to an avaricious, ever-expanding bloated government swelled by do-gooder liberals acting as fronts for social redistributionist and behind the scenes Marxists who are determined that America fall into a state-run dictatorship where everyone is equally blessed with this worlds goods.
