Christmas Baking Time-- Just Music Today
Time for some fun as the count down to Christmas Eve gets underway in earnest with Ray Stevens and his version of Santa Claus is Watchin' You. So you better watch out and you better be good.
Recipe's for more goodies coming tomorrow. Until then have fun.

LOL!! I just love Ray Stevens sense of humor!!!! Thanks for the chuckle here at lunchtime, Ticker!
AOW, wrapping presents?? I gave it up several years ago. Figured I was wasting time, pretty paper and money doing all the fancy wrapping when it all winds up in the trash. I agree, gift bags, YEEHAW but an envelope with a gift card is cheaper and easier. Guess I am turning into Grinch in my old age. ;>) Oh and yes you are right in the comparison of Stevens and Miller, both great artist and did a lot of funny songs.
I spent the day away from the house, away from the computer, it was a nice change. I'm going to print out all of your recipes. I may not get them all cooked this year, but I plan to try them all out. Love Ray Stevens too.

That was cool! Just got in from afternoon of shopping (which I could not afford), and sat down to rest a minute. Thanks a bushel -- needed a reason to smile.
Ticker, I'd have used all gift bags, but for the fact that some of the presents wouldn't fit into gift bags. I didn't have the extra-large gift bags.
Unfortunately, gift cards mean nothing to our rich neighbors, whom we include every year as part of Christmas. So, we got them the vase pictured in this post. Made in America by a conservative American! Worth the investment.

I've been wrapping packages today.
Coming into the home stretch now.
I'm no good at wrapping packages. I don't have the magic touch like my mother did.
But now we have gift bags. Yeehaw!
I'm not sure that I've ever before heard this Ray Stevens song. Funny.
PS: Ray Stevens does great nonsense syllables. Much like Roger Miller.
Lanner glad it brought a chuckle to your heart.
