Comedy Time-- Quotes And Stuff

You can't just make up stuff like this so I go hunting through things that I have read through the week so that I can bring some comedic relief .  After wading through a week of  barnyard bovine excrement for many of you it's time for a laugh.

Al Gore: Thoughts on Occupy Wall Street
With democracy in crisis, a true grassroots movement pointing out the flaws in our system is the first step in the right direction. Count me among those supporting the Occupy Wall Street movement.  Spoken from the comfort of his multi-million dollar home.

Biden warned the crowd that if Congress doesn't spend hundreds of billions of dollars, it would lead to (even more) rampant rape and murder. "In 2008, when Flint had 265 sworn officers on their police force, there were 35 murders and 91 rapes in this city," Biden said. "In 2010, when Flint had only 144 police officers, the murder rate climbed to 65 and rapes -- just to pick two categories -- climbed to 229. In 2011, you now only have 125 shields. God only knows what the numbers will be this year for Flint if we don't rectify it." So why didn't the first stimulus save all those police jobs?

Obama remains undeterred.(on his nojobs bill) In fact, he told supporters, "We're not gonna wait for Congress." Guess he forgot that this is a Constitutional Republic and not a Dictatorship, or did he?

"When the Republicans vote for this bill today, they will be voting to say that women can die on the floor of health care providers. It's just appalling." Too bad Pelosi and other leftists have no problem letting women be killed before they're even born, or with forcing providers to so do against their will.  Who's appalling?

Barack Obama enjoyed one vote of confidence this week. On the same day he visited Orlando for another fundraiser, the city opened the first part of a new road named after him. The construction of President Barack Obama Parkway created 150 jobs at a cost of $10.5 million (Wonder if Taxing the Rich will cover the cost plus the cost of his traveling to Orlando for a campaign photo op)

"[Tuesday's] vote [to kill my 'jobs' bill] is by no means the end of this fight. Independent economists have said that the American Jobs Act would grow the economy and lead to nearly two million jobs, which is why the majority of the American people support these bipartisan, common-sense proposals." --Barack Obama Tuesday night on the defeat of his American Jobs Act by the Senate (The president failed to mention that two democrat Senators united with Republicans in voting against the proposal.)

"[T]here's little sign that the Department of Energy has handed out money recklessly: the vetting process, which relied on three thousand outside experts, was unusually rigorous. ... Solyndra was a big bet that happened to go bad. But we probably need to be making more bets like it." --New Yorker journalist James Surowiecki  UH DUH! CLUELESS INDEED.

Speaking of Wall Street, we thought we'd bring you up to date on those protesters, the Occupy Wall Street movement. As of tonight, it has spread to more than 250 American cities, more than a thousand countries -- every continent but Antarctica." --ABC's Diane Sawyer  And she made fun of Palin 's remark of seeing Russia from her front yard?

"Is this the time though that we can change the discussion in this country away from just deficit cutting toward really how we distribute the wealth in this country?" --"Reverend" Al Sharpton  Way to go Al, gotta get mo dat monies to da Plantation  Redistribution means nothing but keeping him in business.

Hat tips to Patriot Post and even Huff n' Puff Daily Brief.  ( now tell me I'm not fair and balanced.)

Re: Obummer's statement: He is looking for "administrative ways" of getting the base of his "Jobs Bill" passed. Doesn't that sound like Executive Orders to you? He's just that stupid, you know.

"Just' sayin'"

Obama's biggest joke? "I won." The rest of us lost but we will rectify that in 2012.

Yep Rose he is and that is how he will do it in part . The other way is to allow regulatory agencies do it just as EPA has done of recent with some of his Crap and Tax that never passed.

Roper the question is, can we survive until then. He seems bent on doing as much damage as possible.
Latest, setting us up for another winnable war. VietNam will look like a cake wake compared to one in Africa.
